Chi-Gong

Our Chi Gong program is a practice to create a balance of Life Force Energy in the body. “Chi” means energy and “gong” means work. Combining movement, alignment, and breath, we build awareness and energy inside of the body to further our Spiritual Lives.

Chi Gong has been developed and practiced for thousands of years in China and other Eastern Cultures to:

  • Promote longevity of the body through balancing energies
  • Enhance Mental and Emotional state.
  • Strengthen the body- via muscles, organs, joints, tendons, and ligaments
  • Improve coordination and awareness in the body

Specifically, we practice:

8 Extraordinary Vessels

Taoist Yang in Yin 5 Element 6 Chi Dredging and Purging

5 Element Standing Horse stance
