Shadow Mountain Yoga

Shadow Mountain Yoga integrates breath and movement (asana) to gain access to ones inner world. Through the use of these practices, we create space inside ourselves to experience a higher creative energy — Prana, Chi, Life force, Ki — Increased creative energy makes way for increased balance, strength, and flexibility.

Thursday 5:15pm-6:15pm

All Levels welcome. Classes are 60 minutes.

Jenny Baker

Jenny Baker has been practicing yoga for 17 years. She brings with her a love of creating space for people to step into a “deeper sense of surrender”. Shadow Mountain Yoga was created thru her study of Rudra meditation here at the Rudra Center for Enlightened Awareness.

At the suggestion of her Teacher, Silver Ra Baker, Jenny has combined meditation and movement to create space inside oneself for Presence. Shadow Mountain Yoga provides a way of Being in which we learn the art of energy management and Self-remembering.
