Bliss in Motion Yoga
Kendra believes yoga is not just about the body and what happens on the mat, it is a way of living a more compassionate, liberated and wholehearted life. The physical practice of asana has dramatic positive effects on the body while other practices of yoga; pranayama, meditation, self study, add an even more profound and transformative effect on the mind, body and spirit.
Combining her knowledge of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama techniques from the Sri Vidya tradition of the Himalayan Institute, A Living Tradition, Kendra aims to facilitate a practice that integrates the body, breath and mind to attain a unified state of harmony and increased awareness.
Since 2017, she has been a devotee within the Swami Rudrananda lineage, an apprentice of the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path and a co-facilitator of Ecstatic Dance Denton. She is a graduate and student of the Masters Institute, where she is currently studying Yoga Therapy.
Kendra offers a unique environment rooted in ancient yoga wisdom that fosters an opportunity for personal realization.
