Tai Chi

Due to Covid, there will be a class offered over Zoom. 

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for health benefits, meditation, and physical preparation. ​Tai Chi consists of slow, low-impact movements of the limbs and torso, coordinated with conscious breathing. It is one form of Chinese Martial Arts that was originally developed for self-defence, and to keep military personnel in shape when they were not fighting. However, it is now is practiced by millions of people around the world for health and longevity.

The beauty of Tai Chi is that it can be learned and practiced by anyone at any age, and can be tailored to the abilities of the student. You’ll gain:

Aaron Bowley

Instructor Bowley holds a First Degree Black Belt and an Instructor Certificate through United Kung Fu, where he trains with Grandmaster Jerry Dibble. Aaron is well trained in Yang Style Tai Chi and is able to adjust his teaching style to meet the different age and skill levels of each student.
